Last week, Groningen was the international hub for polymer science. During the European Polymer Congress 2025 (EPF 2025), more than 1,250 leading scientists gathered at MartiniPlaza to discuss sustainable materials and cutting-edge applications. A high-profile event that demanded technical excellence.
Bano Event Technology was proud to deliver the complete technical production – from lighting, sound, and video to digital posters, speaker support, and livestreams. Our work included a fully equipped plenary hall, plug-and-play setups in all breakout rooms, and a central speaker ready room powered by our proprietary upload system. The interactive digital posters also ran on our in-house developed platform, designed for ease of use and optimal flow during scientific sessions.
In addition to AV services, Bano provided full exhibition stand construction. Through our online exhibitor webshop, stand holders could easily submit their requirements and place orders in advance – streamlining logistics and ensuring a smooth experience on-site.
