Creative: We start with a creative session, where we brainstorm with you about the best possible interpretation of the technical aspects for your event. In doing so, we bring your vision to life and create a plan that perfectly fits your goals and needs. 2. Prepare: Next, we move on to preparation. We take stock of all the necessary AV equipment and take care of the logistics so that everything is ready for a flawless execution of your event. We leave nothing to chance and make sure everything is organized down to the last detail. 3.Engaging: In the third step, we take control. We build the event, execute and ensure a smooth dismantling. Our experienced team is on hand to ensure that everything runs like clockwork and that your guests have an unforgettable experience. 4.Aftercare: Finally, we offer aftercare. We can provide an aftermovie of your event so you can reminisce about the highlights for a long time to come. In addition, we evaluate both internally and externally so we can learn and improve for future events. In four thoughtful steps, we work with you to create an event where technology contributes to the perfect experience. **Opportunities we offer in the area of openings. ** - Light, sound, stage, projection - Building projection mapping - Custom opening elements for an official kickoff - Live streaming and/or video recordings - Special effects: such as smoke machines, lasers or fireworks to add an extra wow factor to the event. - And much more.
