Your appointed team member updates the room assignment centrally. The relevant programme displays, room information and wayfinding screens can then reflect the change.

Your team remains in control of which updates are published. After making changes, the relevant screens should be checked to ensure programme information and directions are correct.

You do not need to own a complete digital signage infrastructure to provide up-to-date conference information.

Bano offers temporary Eventcasting setups including screens, software, programme preparation, transport, installation and the agreed technical support.

If your venue already has digital displays, we can assess whether they are suitable for the required setup.

Eventcasting can be hired separately from the rest of your conference AV production. We coordinate the necessary arrangements with the venue and other technical suppliers.
