From keynote presentations to parallel scientific sessions, Bano captures conference content with professional cameras, clear audio and presentation recording. So valuable knowledge doesn't disappear when the event ends.
Discuss your recording project → Explore conference productionTHE CHALLENGE
Eight rooms. Eight sessions. Your delegates can only attend one.
Parallel sessions make a congress more valuable. They also mean delegates have to choose between presentations they would like to attend.
For scientific associations and professional conference organisers, every presentation represents knowledge, preparation and expertise. Recording makes it possible to preserve that content for participants who could not attend a particular session or the conference itself.
Bano helps organisers plan and deliver professional session recordings across plenary halls and breakout rooms, with technical workflows suited to the programme and venue.
CONFERENCE RECORDING SERVICES
Record more than the stage. Preserve the presentation.
01 / KEYNOTES
Plenary session recording
Capture keynote speakers, panel discussions and plenary presentations with professional camera production and clear speech audio.
02 / BREAKOUT ROOMS
Parallel session recording
Record presentations in several congress rooms simultaneously. We design the recording setup around the programme, available AV infrastructure and desired production quality.
03 / PRESENTATION CONTENT
Slides, video and speaker audio
A useful congress recording requires more than a camera. We can capture presentation content and speaker audio, with the final recording format agreed during preparation.
04 / AFTER THE CONGRESS
On-demand video preparation
Prepare recorded conference content for later distribution. Editing, session identification, video formats and delivery requirements are agreed with the organiser.
A PRACTICAL SCENARIO
One conference. A library of valuable knowledge.
Imagine a two-day scientific congress with a plenary hall and eight parallel session rooms.
Your programme contains keynote presentations, research updates and specialist discussions. Many delegates cannot attend every session they are interested in.
A recording workflow planned before the first speaker takes the stage.
Before: Identify the sessions to record, required equipment, permissions and delivery formats.
During: Capture the agreed audio, video and presentation content across the selected rooms.
After: Prepare recordings for the organiser's chosen distribution or on-demand platform.
This example illustrates a possible production workflow. The number of simultaneous recordings, final quality and editing requirements are determined during technical planning.
TECHNICAL QUALITY
Clear audio matters. Readable slides matter.
A recording only becomes useful when the audience can understand the speaker and follow the presentation.
That's why we consider microphone placement, sound routing, presentation capture, camera positions and lighting before the event.
For large plenary sessions, a multi-camera production may be appropriate. For smaller breakout rooms, a simpler setup can often deliver the required result.
We advise on the most suitable approach based on your content, expected usage and budget, rather than applying the same production setup to every room.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Experience with complex international congress production.
Bano supported the European Polymer Congress 2025 at MartiniPlaza Groningen, where more than 1,250 scientists attended a programme involving plenary sessions, breakout rooms, speaker support and livestreaming.
Bano also has experience supporting COGI, an international medical congress that has taken place in multiple European cities, including Vienna, Paris and London.
These projects demonstrate experience with technically demanding international congress environments. The exact recording scope of each project may differ.

Plan. Capture. Deliver.
STEP 01
Plan
We review your session programme, venue AV, recording priorities, permissions and delivery requirements.
STEP 02
Capture
Our technical team records the agreed sessions, monitors the required signals and supports the production workflow.
STEP 03
Deliver
We prepare and deliver the agreed files or edited content for your organisation's chosen publication channels.
SPEAKER CONSENT & CONTENT RIGHTS
Decide what can be recorded and shared before the conference.
Not every presentation can automatically be published. Research findings, unpublished data, patient-related information and copyrighted presentation material may require additional consideration.
The organiser should establish speaker permissions, applicable privacy requirements, access arrangements and publication rules before recording begins.
Bano coordinates the technical production with these agreed requirements, including which sessions are recorded and which files are delivered.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Conference recording FAQ
Can Bano record multiple conference rooms?
Yes. Bano can plan recording setups for plenary halls and parallel session rooms. The number of rooms and required technical resources are agreed in advance.
Can recordings include presentation slides?
Yes. We can capture presentation content alongside speaker audio and video. The preferred layout and final format are agreed during preparation.
Can conference recordings be watched afterwards?
Yes. Recordings can be prepared for on-demand publication through the organiser's chosen platform, subject to the agreed technical requirements and content permissions.
Is livestreaming required?
No. Sessions can be recorded without being broadcast live. Livestreaming and recording can also be combined when remote participation is required.
Does Bano provide video editing?
Post-production can be discussed as part of the project. Editing, branding, session titles, formats and delivery deadlines should be specified in the proposal.
When should recording requirements be planned?
Ideally before the technical room layouts are finalised. Recording affects microphones, camera positions, lighting, presentation connections and technical crew planning.
