Plan the screens around your programme
A congress with eight simultaneous rooms might use eight room screens, one foyer display and three route points: twelve screens in total. This illustrative layout is adapted to your floor plan. The right number depends on entrances, corridors, floors and where delegates need to choose a direction.

What Bano prepares
Your proposal defines the equipment and preparation included for your event. This can cover:
- Screens, stands, players and cabling appropriate to the agreed positions.
- Signage software and the licences agreed for your project.
- Programme information, room names, session times and screen groups.
- Layouts in your congress identity, with design support where required.
- Scheduled sponsor content and instructions for the people making changes.
Bano prepares the programme and design. Your nominated operator updates titles, times and rooms during the event without having to rebuild the screen layout.
Agree the venue work and support
Delivery, installation, testing, dismantling and collection are set out in the quotation. We also agree the support you need during the congress and who handles programme changes.
Before installation, we coordinate screen positions, power, network access and working times with the relevant venue contacts. If another supplier provides the main AV, we agree the practical handover with them. The signage can be a separate part of your production.

What determines the cost?
The quotation depends on screen numbers and sizes, rental duration, destination, installation access, content preparation and agreed support. Transport and working times can make two otherwise similar congresses different to deliver.
We explain the proposed scope and costs so you can assess the complete job. For a venue running frequent congresses, a fixed digital signage installation may also be worth discussing.

Questions about congress signage
Can we change a room during the congress?
Yes. Your operator updates the programme centrally, and the change is applied to the relevant programme, room and route screens.
What happens if the internet connection drops?
Previously loaded content continues playing according to its stored schedule. New remote changes need a working connection to reach the screens.
Do we have to hire the rest of our AV from Bano?
No. Screens and Eventcasting software can be hired as a separate service alongside another AV supplier.
