Bano Eventcasting
Conference sponsor screens that follow your programme
Give the sponsors already supporting your congress a clear place on your screens. Bano Eventcasting lets you schedule their content by screen, screen group and time period alongside programme information and wayfinding.
Bano prepares the layouts and schedule in your congress identity. Your team can adjust the programme and sponsor planning during the event. We supply screens and software for congresses across Europe, either as a separate service or as part of a wider production.
A tailored proposal and cost estimate, without obligation.
Choose where each sponsor appears
A sponsor connected to a particular session may belong near that session room. General partner acknowledgements may suit the foyer or networking area. During registration, the main job of a screen is to help delegates arrive and find their first session.
We agree which sponsors appear, on which screens and during which periods. The plan gives your existing partners visibility that fits their role in the congress and the commitments you have made to them.
An illustrative screen schedule
The example below shows how sponsor content can fit around a congress day. The times and placements are illustrative. Your actual schedule follows the programme, available screens and agreements with sponsors.
| Time | Screen group | Delegate information | Sponsor content |
|---|---|---|---|
| 08:30 | Registration and foyer | Welcome and first sessions | General partner acknowledgements |
| 10:30 | Foyer | Coffee break and next sessions | Relevant sponsor rotation |
| 11:00 | Selected room screens | Current session details | Agreed session sponsor |
| 16:30 | Networking area | Reception location and timings | Closing partner acknowledgements |
Keep the route and programme readable
A delegate should still be able to find the correct room while sponsor content is displayed. We plan the screen layout and content timing around that requirement. Route points keep clear directions, and room screens keep the relevant session information readable.
Sponsor images need to work at the screen's viewing distance. Short messages, suitable contrast and consistent layouts help. Our in-house designer can prepare reusable templates in your event identity. Your operator can make agreed content and scheduling changes without altering those layouts.
What changes when a session runs late?
Your operator first updates the affected programme information, then checks the associated sponsor slots. A sponsor planned for the coffee break may need a later time if the preceding session overruns.
Your operator can adjust the sponsor schedule centrally for the relevant screens or group. We agree who makes these decisions before the event. Read more about programme changes and digital wayfinding.
Give us a practical content brief
Send the sponsor list, available logo files and any agreed messages or videos. Include the required screen locations, time periods and any restrictions on placement. Tell us who approves the content and who can change it during the congress.
Bano confirms suitable file formats, screen orientation and delivery deadlines for the chosen setup. We then prepare the content plan for review alongside the congress programme.
A proposal for your screens and schedule
Costs depend on the number of screens, rental period, location, design work, content preparation and agreed installation and support. Share your event date, venue and number of rooms or zones to start a conversation.
We provide a proposal and cost breakdown without obligation. See conference digital signage rental or the complete Bano Eventcasting service.
